Welcome to Athens!! Is it your first time here? Would you like to see the sights while beeing active? Do you love running or jogging? If you have answered yes to these questions, then this experience will be perfect for you! My name is Giorgos, I’m an athlete of middle and long distance run and my hobby is to do my practice in the historical centre of Athens. Athens has some incredible hidden alleys inside the area of Placa. I have selected a perfect urban trail for you and I’m asking you to join me, experience Athens through my eyes and have a unique experience! Forget any type of vehicle and trust your feet! ▶Other things to note: -The running tempo of the experience is always determined by the level of the group. -Please mind that, as the experience might get intense, I wouldn’t recommend to join if you suffer from heart diseases or orthopaedic issues. -Also, a full stomach wouldn’t be wise, so I recommend a light meal before we start e.x. banana or an oat snack eg. ▶Keep in mind: - The experience doesn't include any visits inside or outside archaeological sites - This is not a guided tour but a run through historical centre of Athens. - We highly recommend sneakers or running shoes!
